Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Should you have a problem with your order, please call or e-mail us to request a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and a return authorization number.

Refunds

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven (7) to fourteen (14) days of us receiving your return, providing it arrives safely. You will be credited for the price of the artwork minus shipping costs. For the most part, we do not credit your shipping costs. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail or postal mail. If you have questions, please call us toll free at 877-929-7044 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Artwork Damaged in Transit

If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, call us toll-free at 877-929-7044 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain all of the original packing materials.

Shipping

Shipping charges are determined by size, weight and insurable value of the product. Posted prices are for the Continental United States only. For shipping charges outside the Continental United States, please contact us via e-mail at info@vtart.com or phone, (802) 257-7044.

Take Exit 1, 2 or 3 off I-91 to Main Street, Brattleboro, VT.
From Exit 1, follow Canal Street to Main Street.
From Exit 2, go to Main Street and turn right. We’re at the end of the first block on the right. Parking is located in front and behind the gallery.
From Exit 3, take Route 5 south to Main Street. We’re at 106 Main St., next to People’s Bank.
