Neshobe Island, Lake Bomoseen

Lake Bomoseen is the largest contained lake in Vermont. Neshobe Island became known for its association with the Algonquin Round Table of literary figures in the 1920s and 1930s. Alexander Woollcott eventually owned most of the island and hosted a number of his literary friends there.
